London is all a Twitter as President Obama arrived here three hours ago, walked to the base of the Air Force One staircase then levitated across the tarmac to the amazement of startled onlookers, his red cape flowing beneath his 50,000 watt smile.

If you try to stop the AIG bonuses, I’ll put a gun to my head and pull the trigger. Relax, no intervention needed here in Wales. It is though a metaphor for the fiasco. The US Government (i.e. we, the taxpayers) own 80% of AIG. The early morning headlines yesterday crowed about the excessive bonuses.
